I have known this company for more than forty years and it was one of the best in Spain, which is why I chose it, but I certainly do not recommend it.
I would like to thank and congratulate the team at GIL STAUFFER SEVILLA for their outstanding work. The staff were punctual, friendly and very professional at every stage of the process. They worked with great care to ensure that my belongings arrived in perfect condition, demonstrating incredible efficiency and attention to detail.
Not only did they do their job effectively, but they were also very polite and patient, answering all my questions and making the experience much easier and more enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend their services to anyone looking for a stress free and well organised move.

My name is Rafael Barea, and last 2nd and 3rd of May I moved with you.
Until contracting everything was ok, but when they arrived 3 days before the move, the conditions agreed in the contract were changed.
The removal was contracted for the 3rd of May, days before we were informed that it would take two days, that they had measured wrongly and that it could not be done in just one day, that it would be too many hours and that it should be done in two full days. The solution given to us is: “WE WILL RETURN THE SIGNAL AND WE WILL NOT DO IT” HOW????
I guess we all know that in moving jobs you only have 1 day per agreement, and that choosing day 3 is to take advantage of the weekend to settle in and start work the following Monday.
Here comes the first disadvantage, since requesting a day means between the two of us more than 300€ of our salary, or else dedicating a day's holiday to something that has already been agreed.
Ok, we accepted, giving us the contracted two-hour assembly as consideration.
Lega on day 2 (first day of moving) they start to pick up... and at 14:00h exactly, but exactly CUT!!!!!,
Second day, day 3, they begin to “finish” and we go to the new home. They stop to eat, restock and start to take things up, we realise that most of them are unprotected, there they start to see damage, and broken things (it is normal) when everything is already up, and they have to start the contracted assembly (and not charged for consideration), they tell us that they will only assemble the living room furniture, and that the rest on Monday or Tuesday,,,, HOW?
SO THE FIRST DAY IS CUT OFF AT EXACTLY 14H AND THE SECOND DAY AT EXACTLY 18H? AND THEY LEAVE US THERE, AND WE HAVE TO ASK FOR AN EXTRA DAY OF HOLIDAY?
They did not carry out the assembly work of course, wait until Monday to ask for an extra day of holiday, and then wait for them to be able to do it with their office hours... so the compensation was not provided!!!
So I understand the removals last more than 72 hours, it is inconceivable to have a customer like that, PROFESSIONALISM! THAT IS DEMANDED.
Once finished, Ms Eva, with whom I have been in contact both by phone and via Watts, is notified of these incidents and the damage caused.
Days go by, nobody calls me, nobody a superior, nobody customer service!!!!
Tired of complaining to Ms. Eva, that same day they call us from customer service, in a very derogatory way to a customer who is on for the treatment, for the forms and now on top of the damage, she solves it easy, 490€ and everything is ready!

Broken microwave from falling to the floor
Ceramic heater, fallen to the floor and broken
Set of bohemian glasses, family gift, 6 pieces broken 4
Dining table, without full protection at two corners
On the one piece of furniture they put in, they broke through the adjoining wall, so I had to call a bricklayer and repaint.
Broken photo frames
A few days ago, my wife asked Sta Eva for the insurance contract in order to study the insurance contracted, did you receive it? because we didn't!!!!
More than 20 calls, more than 20 messages, nobody calls, nobody answers me, nobody gives us a solution.
We paid €1,500 for a move, badly planned, badly carried out and badly finished, and of course badly managed.
And now they want to give me 490€ to replace it? A coffee table? A bricklayer? A heater?
And last but not least, our arrival at the urbanization is marked by the removal, as we have received complaints from the neighbours through the president, that the removal company, jumped fences, left food in the gardens, left cans lying anywhere,,, a precious image for a prestigious company ... I don't think anyone in that urbanisation would pay them back, they dropped things, and left broken things on the ground....
I need an answer.
